You can book directly through our website. Simply select your preferred braiding service, choose an available date and time, provide the required information, and pay the booking deposit to secure your appointment.
Yes. A 10% deposit of the service cost is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit has been successfully paid.
Booking deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show. Cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to our booking policy.
Yes. Your booking deposit forms part of the total cost of your service. The remaining balance will be due according to our salon’s payment policy.
Yes, appointments may be rescheduled within the timeframe permitted by our booking policy and subject to availability.
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change your appointment.
We allow time between appointments to prepare the braiding station, organize materials, complete necessary cleaning, and make sure each client receives the attention they deserve.
Customers who do not attend their scheduled appointment without following the required cancellation or rescheduling procedure will forfeit their 10% booking deposit.
A new deposit may be required to make another appointment.
